The cottage is located on a private non-paved road, and is available annually for vacation rental typically from May 1-June 30, and August 15-December 15

Minimum Stay

There are 3-5 day minimum stays depending on the season.

Cleaning Fee

A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings

Deposit

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. This is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available date depending on circumstances.

Pets

TPC loves dogs, and is a great place for a dog to fall in love with the water. One (1) dog is allowed per booking and an additional one time fee of $75 will be applied. Cleaning up after your pet and not leaving them unattended are agreed upon if bringing a pet.
